Not all heating and air conditioning companies are created equal, especially in Illinois. Unfortunately, the State of Illinois does not mandate or regulate any technical skills or aptitude testing for HVAC technicians that enter your home. That is why Bella takes great honor in our Factory Certified Technician Training Program. All of our technicians must complete Factory Certification with a score of 90 or above, then enter into a rigid 2-year training program with our National Technical Trainers. Having been background checked and drug tested before they are ever allowed into your home. Our technicians are also mandated to complete ongoing annual certification training and random drug testing.
